Choosing the Right Appointment
The calendar above lists every service we offer. Choose mobile notary if you would like us to travel to your home, office, hospital room, or care facility. Choose remote online notarization if you would rather sign from anywhere using a computer or phone with a camera. If your documents are urgent, our same-day option covers time-sensitive filings, and apostille service is the right pick when a document needs certification for use in another country.
Not sure which one applies to your situation? Call or text (504) 513-7333 and we will tell you exactly what your document requires before you book.
What to Have Ready
Louisiana law requires a few things before a notarization can be completed. Having them ready keeps your appointment short:
- A valid, unexpired photo ID for every person signing, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
- The complete document, including all pages and exhibits. Please leave the signature lines blank until we meet.
- Every signer present at the appointment. A notary cannot notarize a signature for someone who is not there.
- Any witnesses your document calls for. Certain Louisiana acts require two witnesses, and we can tell you in advance whether yours does.
Where We Travel
Our mobile service covers Orleans and Jefferson Parish, including Uptown, Mid-City, Lakeview, the Marigny, Algiers, Metairie, Kenner, Gretna, Harvey, Marrero, Westwego, and Elmwood. Remote online notarization is available anywhere in Louisiana, and to anyone outside the state who needs a Louisiana notarization.
Your notary holds a law degree and has more than seven years of experience with Louisiana documents, so questions about how your paperwork should be executed can usually be answered on the spot.
