What if I need you to prepare the document?
Normally $50. That being said, some documents that require substantial research or complex drafting will be more expensive. In any case, my price will always be a better value than paying an attorney.
Can I print something there?
Yes, for $1/page.

How do I know if I need additional witnesses?
If it involves real property or the capacity to make transactions affecting real property like a general power of attorney, then you do. Also, check the document to see if there are lines for witness. If all else fails, call or text me beforehand.
What happens if I already signed the document?
If it’s a car title we will have to create a correction document. With other documents we will have to reprint the signing page. Please wait till we meet before you sign anything. I can only notarize signatures I witness in person.
